• Day-to-Day Operations: Altaire manages clinic and lab operations to ensure smooth, patient-focused service delivery.
• Human Resources: Full HR oversight including recruitment of doctors, phlebotomists, lab technicians, and reception staff.
• Financial Management: Handling of budgeting, payroll, spending controls, and tax compliance.
• Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing of medical and lab supplies, including vendor negotiation.
• IT Infrastructure: Implementation and management of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Human Resource Management (HRM) platforms.
